Sometimes all you have is a few questions and you don't want or need a full design consultation. You don't have to have a major design project or have a certain type of home to get your questions answered. We are happy to help you even if you only have one little question. This service is for everyone.

How to ask your question Figure out what you want to ask then click on the BUY NOW button below that corresponds to the amount of questions you have.
Include any necessary details such as measurements, other colors, who uses the space, direction the windows in the room face, etc. any detail that you feel would be necessary in providing you an answer to your question. If I need further details I will email you for clarification. Some answers may be long and some may be a simple yes or no. I want you to be happy and feel good about this service.
If you ask something I can not answer, I will email you and refund your payment.
What is not a "design" question?
Any question as it relates to the atchitectural engineering of items or technical information on how something works.
Floor plans or drawings: Floor plans or design drawings are not a part of the hire a designer now service. If you need a floor plan for a room or something that would require customization of cabinetry or furniture we are happy to help. Please call if you feel you need this type of assistance.
Question submission form:
We need your email address to respond to you. All questions are answered via email. Please be confident that Interior Design Factory, Ltd. will not sell, share or otherwise divulge your email address to anyone else.
Subject: Please include the type of service you have just paid for: One question, Three Questions, Five Questions or multiple questions and your name as it appears on the credit card used with Paypal. Do not type your question here.

We accept Paypal only. Please use the link provided below.
Payment terms We are pleased to offer you Paypal as our secure, easy-to-use payment processor. Paypal gladly accepts all major credit cards from our customers. You do not need to be a member of Paypal to use this service. Once you click on the BUY NOW button you are taken directly to their secure website. Interior Design Factory, Ltd. does not recieve any of your secure financial information. After you complete the transaction you will be redirected to our question submission page. This is where you get to ask your questions. Once the confirmation is received from Paypal that your payment has been received, your name will be matched to the name you include on the title line of your submission. Once these are matched your question will be answered within 72 hours. Submit your question and payment the same day. You may submit more than one question at a time however you must put the applicable words "One Question", "Three Questions", "Five Questions" or "multiple question" (if a different combination applies) in your subject line. Once the confirmation is received from Paypal that your payment has been received your question will be answered within 72 hours.
Photos: If you feel it would be helpful to submit a digital picture then please feel free to do so. There is no additional charge for this. Please limit your pictures to two per question. Digital photos will need to be submitted as attatchments through your email to lisa@interiordesignfactory.com. If you have photos you do not need to use the question submission page you are re-directed to from Paypal, but rather submit your question via email using the same subject line information as directed below.
